The hair growth cycle has three phases

1. In the anagen phase, your hair grows daily over a period of 3-5 years.
2. In the catagen phase, the hair follicle shortens and detaches from the blood supply in the scalp. This gradually reduces the “fuel supply” for the hair.

Application:
