Directions for use: Anti-Grey Hair Tablets
- Take 1 dosage per day which is made up of 1 Step 1 tablet (yellow) and 1 Step 2 tablet (white with orange dots).
- Take the Step 1 tablet with or after a meal, swallowing it whole.
- Take the Step 2 tablet by placing it under the tongue to dissolve. It may take a few minutes to dissolve fully.
Directions for use: Hair Growth Tablets
- Take 1 - 3 tablets per day with water after a meal.
- When satisfactory results have been achieved after one year, continue the treatment with a maintenance dosage of 1 to 2 tablets per day.
Note: Not suitable when pregnant.
