Description

Inoa Red Nebula by L'Oréal Professionnel Paris is an ammonia-free, oil-based colour treatment for cool burgundy red tones.

It is odourless and offers 100% grey-hair coverage. The result is a high-gloss colour payoff with long-lasting intensity - maximum of comfort on the scalp.

Application:

Mix in a 1:1 ratio with the Inoa Oxydant:

3% Oil Developer: up to 1 level lift/minimal lift, low opacity.
6% Oil Developer: up to 2 levels of lift/standard lift, maximum reflection, grey-hair coverage.
9% Oil Developer: up to 3 levels lift/high lift.

Leave on for 35 minutes without heat then rinse.
