Application
- Mix Blond Studio Lightening Clay Powder in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 with the Creme Oxidant (6%, 9% or 12%. 12% Creme Oxidant for freehand techniques only).
- Leave it on for up to 50 minutes without heat.
